Fuzion Shiraz Malbec 2011

Reviewed by: Jenn

Cork: Screw top

Price: $10

Region: Argentina (Mendoza)

Strong flavors but not overbearing. Tastes slightly woody.

To be honest, it’s a lot stronger flavour then I normally enjoy but I actually really like it. I usually find shiraz a little strong, bitter and kind of nasty – maybe it’s the malbec that mellows it out a bit. It eerily sounds like I know what I’m talking about….
Rather enjoyable all around.

Taste: 3/5

Label: 3/5

Overall: 3.5/5

  1. maybe try some wines at a higher price point? I’m not saying you need to break the bank, but it’s been my experience…and I’ve had a lot of different wines, that you need to at least look at the Parker rating before blowing money on a cheap vino….just sayin…..

    • Don’t worry Paulette, we have A LOT more reviews on their way, including some wines from a higher price point. Thanks for bringing up the Parker rating system, it’s not something we are too familiar with but will definitely look into it more! Thanks for reading!
